Built in the 1920s and completely restored in 2013, this large prewar building blends industrial design with modern sensibilities, creating a uniquely beautiful office space. The structure boasts large concrete support beams and other unique reinforcement details, including its high, 13+ foot ceilings.

Now completely refaced and restored, the structure features over 90 massive loft style windows, placed to accentuate the original features of the building while breathing light into the space. Common spaces feature exposed original brick alongside new, state-of-the-art amenities and facilities.
